If the tee shot makes it over the crest, it will be rewarded by a significant jump forward making the second shot much shorter from the crest. The view is down to the fairway and the eye is instantly engaged by the large fairway bunker on the left, which is in the direct line to the green.
You can either fly the bunker and catch the down-slope to the green; play short and safe of the bunker, leaving a blind pitch to the green; or play out to the right with a view to the green, but a longer shot and a poor angle. The green is the smallest on the course and is guarded by short grass and a fall off on the right, a bunker to the rear and trees to the left.
